Eligible New York City Department of Correction uniformed and non-uniformed employees and retirees may apply for membership by selecting the appropriate membership category and submitting an official MECCA membership application. Membership applications are accepted year-round. Eligibility requirements and membership categories are governed by MECCA’s By-Laws.
